Sans Souci Leisure Centre has boosted itself to being one of the leaders in fitness by implementing the Hoist “ROC-IT” and SPORTS ART, environmentally friendly equipment into our gym. By implementing this equipment, everyone now has the chance to workout without any knowledge about training because the equipment is so fun and easy to use. People of all ages, training and skill levels will find the equipment user friendly and enjoyable.
Biomechanically designed to deliver a more natural, unrestricted, functional movement, which causes less impact on the joints for the user. SPORTS ART elliptical trainers and cycles are self-powered; therefore place no strain on the environment. The systems harness the power and energy of people exercising.

Can't seem to get that pre-baby body back or struggling to exercise on your own? This group training program for Mums is extremely popular. It runs each Tuesday and Thursday of the school term, starting 9.30am for 45 minutes. Free child minding included. Join with a friend for greater savings.
