Do you have SQUAD sessions through the school holidays?

Yes, we swim all year round with the exception of Public Holidays & The Xmas break. Please check front desk and our website “News updates” for any holiday squad timetable changes.

Do my EZIDEBIT Payments continue to come out through the holidays & public holidays?

Yes unless notified with a filled out HOLD FORM your payments will continue through the holidays.

How do I stop my EZIDEBIT payments?

Unless we are notified with a CANCELLATION FORM your payments will continue

Can I make up missed lessons?

No we do not offer make up lessons for missed sessions, you are entitled to swim any day throughout the week.

What happens if I have insufficient funds in my bank account?
EZIDEBIT will deduct fees from your account as per your agreement with us, if you have insufficient funds on the day your payment is scheduled to be taken  out, EZIDEBIT will charge you a $21.90 dishonour fee. We will then contact you to finalise the outstanding charges to us. We do not charge the dishonour fee this is a fee charged by EZIDEBIT. 
Do I need to update my details?
Yes, if you have lost or had your card stolen or have a new card with a new expiry date you will need to update your records with us to ensure your payments are not dishonoured.
What does my child need when starting SQUADS?
Our coaches require all children to bring their own Goggles, Caps, Fins & Boards & suitable swimwear.
